This course will prepare the students to earn the Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional (MCITP): Enterprise Desktop Administrator 7 certification. Candidates should be able to install, deploy, and upgrade to Windows 7, including ensuring hardware and software compatibility. Candidates should also be able to maintain systems, including monitoring for and esolving performance and reliability issues. Candidates should have a basic understanding of Windows PowerShell syntax.

Candidates for this exam should have experience with installing, configuring, and administering clients in a Windows networked environment and also have experience deploying operating systems and applications.
